"It's a bit different but then, I love sprinting and just move forward - I'm not staying back that much," he added.

"I tell my defender 'I'm not staying' and that I'm just going to keep attacking.

"That movement is what I'm seeking. It's enjoyable."

In addition to Cisse's six goals on debut, Stephen Ireland has netted 8 in 3 games for Wythenshawe, while George Boyd hit five on his debut match and Lescott, a defender by position, notched a triple in one game up front.

Wythenshawe are top of the Premier Division with three wins from three and a goal difference of +19.
